Sparkle Club Warranty

Sparkle Club strives to deliver exceptional quality in every product we craft. However, if your jewelry arrives with a defect, we offer a limited two (2) year warranty; which covers the following: 

  • Loose Stones / Prongs
  • Missing Stones
  • Broken Clasps / Weak Clasps

Once an item is sent in for repair, we will inspect and confirm that it is indeed due to a manufacturing defect. Items that have been sent to a third party and not Sparkle Club, will be void of warranty

Circumstances not covered by warranty are as follows: 

  • Resizing
  • Damage and scratches due to wear and tear
  • Cracked stones
  • Lost or stolen items
